Today, I've already received two texts from gals feeling the pain in the rear...litterally! At 5:30 class, we worked the glutes and today we can all feel it! You know what that means? Tomorrow it's gonna be worse. I wasn't sure what was worse this morning, the pain in the butt or the pain in the back from 2 sets of push up/sit up challenge... I guess it doesn't matter what hurts better - it matters that we put the work in!
Feeling the burn a day (or 2) after is a sure sign of dedication and effort. I am proud of each and every one of you gals who think of Body by WM today when sitting down. Like I say all the time, someone will thank you for the work you put into your butt - it might just be YOU - looking at YOU in the mirror!
